Description

Federal Government Experts is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our award-winning team. The Ideal candidate will be a ‘Servant Leader' who is committed to excellence and able to lead people in accordance with FGE's core values 'Integrity, Service, Excellence.' As the PM you will be the Senior Advisor to FGE leadership and serve as the company's day-to-day representative to our United States Air Force Client at Hill AFB, UT. In addition, you should possess knowledge and understanding of the USAF's Information Technology requirements in support of a large IT help/service desk and overall HW/SW & Asset Management needs.

The PM shall provide the project control and contract administration necessary to manage a high volume, multiple task processes for a large, diversified team so that the cost, schedule and quality requirements are tracked, communicated to the Government, and ultimately attained. The Contractor shall provide real-time monitoring of status/deliverables, tracking the quality of work products and gauging overall customer satisfaction. The Contractor shall provide upon award, a Program Management Plan that clearly describes how the above requirements will be met

Our Hill AFB Information Technology Consolidated Contract (ITCC) " is supporting the 75 ABW/SC at the Hill Enterprise Data Center located at Hill AFB, Utah.

Location: ON SITE (non-remote eligible)

Salaried - negotiable

Work Scheduled: 40 hours per week (salary variable)

All candidates must have a current Top-Secret Clearance.

Technical Skills:

• Fastidious Attention to detail

• Possess CISSP Certification (preferred) / PMP (required) / ITIL Certification (preferred)

• Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated Proven Leader (required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, monitor, control, and implement information system Program s • Scope Program requirements and define tasks, deliverables, milestones and schedule

• Schedule and coordinate the tasks of diverse technical resources consisting of both internal employees and customer team members

• Work well with and/or lead people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise

• Manage deliverables that are in scope as well as changes for those items that are added or deleted

• Identify the Program s' critical paths and have the ability to look for ways to maintain or shorten the Program delivery schedule

• Report status of Program s and address Program questions with the team and leadership • Document Program meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders

• Define Program success criteria and disseminate to stakeholders throughout the Program life cycle Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent communication, writing and documentation skills, work ethic, and high level of personal integrity and accountability

• Excellent time management skill

• Customer oriented and quality conscious

• Sound decision-making ability, analytical reasoning and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple fast-paced Program s concurrently

• Technology and systems knowledge (cursory knowledge of how Information Technology systems work)

• Strong teamwork skills, including willingness to step into other duties if asked

• Ability to manage / supervise subordinates and managed client expectations (REQUIRED)

Must be a US Citizen Education/Certifications/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related area is preferred; equivalent combination of training and experience would be considered

• Ability to hold a DoD Top-Secret Clearance

• Minimum Five (5) Years active Program management and systems analysis experience
